Presentation of Chenhou Kunsha Jiangxiang baijiu and importance to Chinese culture
Abstract
Frank Feng will speak about the timeless craft that is Chenhou Baijiu. Chenhou's making process mainly involves five steps: fermentation, liquor production, storing, blending, and packaging. From material feeding to delivery of finished product, each bottle of Chenhou liquor is made through 30 processes. 165 processing procedures which takes over six years. Arthur will share these process with the audience, including why sorghum is chosen for the base and at the end of the presentation will share the secrets of pouring and tasting the fine Chenhou Baijiu.
