Abstract
PureMalt Products Ltd is a UK based, Independent family-owned natural ingredients company specializing in delivering Taste and Colour through specialty Malt Extracts to Beer and other food industries (www.puremalt.com). Our mission is to deliver exceptional quality ingredients that empower innovation. We are BRCGS AA+ rated on food safety and our sustainability goals are in line with all major food companies in the world.
We have a proud industrial heritage at PureMalt that traces back over 800 years to approximately 1180. Our site's impressive history has been entirely focused on the processing of cereals and continues this application today. The United Kingdom benefits from a maritime climate with cool summers and cold, but not freezing, winters. This climate type lends well to the thriving growth of malting quality barley. The central region of Scotland and Northern England yields some of the finest barley crop in the country giving PureMalt access to the highest quality raw materials.
Today our products are distributed to more than 70 countries on 6 continents. PureMalt are proud to to have highly effective partnerships all over the world.

Biography
Sagar comes with a rich experience of 16 years into ingredients sales, working with F&B manufacturers including breweries and alcoholic drink accounts. At PureMalt, his role is to work with channel partners and customers in APAC - deliver value propositions around colour and taste in Beer, alcoholic drinks, Zero Beer, non-alcoholic malt drinks and other F&B applications. A graduate in chemistry and master’s in business, Sagar has previously worked for Firmenich, Diana Food (Symrise) and Kerry before joining PureMalt as Sales Manager for Asia Pacific region in early 2023. He lives with his family in Bengaluru, India.
