Thank you for your interest in the 2018 Australasian Association for Institutional Research (AAIR) Forum.
The forum will be held 19 - 21 November 2018 at Rydges Melbourne, Victoria.

Before you begin to complete the online form, we encourage you to take the time to get to know the forum details. Information on accommodation options and pricing, costs for additional tickets for social functions, the program and privacy information can be found on the Forum Website.

Payment
You can pay online with MasterCard, VISA or AMEX or alternatively you can request an invoice for payment via EFT or cheque.

AAIR Membership and Registration

There are two types of registration fees available for this year's Forum: member and non-member.  In previous years, some full registration fees included one year's membership to AAIR, valid until the end of the year following the year of the forum.  This year the membership is an optional addition where you can add or renew your membership through this form!  As you may know, membership fees to AAIR have not been raised for many years.  The member fee is $143 including GST.  This was reported on in the President's Report of October 2016 if you wish to review.

Why add membership to your registration?  Aside from all the benefits an AAIR membership entitles you to, if you choose to add or renew a membership now, you will be entitled to the New and Renewing AAIR Members special registration rates at this year's forum (see below for a fee comparison). Your 2019 membership will begin at the AAIR Forum this year and continue until the end of next year.

Early Bird Registrations must be paid in full no later than two weeks after the conclusion of the offer period. If payment is not received by this time, the registration fee will be charged at the standard rate. Please visit the forum website for applicable dates. Cancelling your Forum Registration Cancellations received on or before 30 days from the Forum will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations for the Forum received within 30 days. Cancellations must be received in writing - mail or email - to Leishman Associates. Insurance Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. No responsibility is taken by the forum managers for any person not holding insurance. Accommodation If you arrive 24 hours later than your indicated arrival day you may find that you have forfeited one night's accommodation as a cancellation fee. Please note that some hotel cancellation policies may require 100% of the total booking amount to be paid for any cancelled rooms. If you need to cancel your accommodation booking within 30 days of your arrival date, any refund whether cash or credit card, will be subject to the hotel cancellation policy. Electronic Funds Transfer (NOT AVAILABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM FORUM):
All bank fees incurred with electronic funds transfer (bank transfers), whether international or national, are at the depositor's expense. Please use your invoice number as a reference. To ensure prompt reconciliation please attach a copy of the transfer record/remittance advice to the completed registration form or email to Leishman Associates.

If you are an international delegate please also include a $25 bank fee when making your registration payment by electronic funds transfer. Please also include your last name and reference number when making your deposit, this will assist in allocating your payment quicker by the organisers. All payments are to be made in Australian dollars.

Cheque/Money Order/Bank Draft: Must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank cheque and made payable to Leishman Associates.

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express/Amex accepted.
