Before you complete the online form, we encourage you to take the time to get to know the Conference details. Information on accommodation options, the program and privacy information can be found on the Conference website.

Payment: You can pay online with Mastercard, Visa or American Express. Alternatively, you can request an invoice for payment via EFT.

Day registration does not include any of the social program functions. Tickets to attend any of the social functions need to be purchased separately.

A valid credit card must be presented at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Cancellation Policy: (i) Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date will incur no cancellation fee. (ii) Cancellations made 8–29 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation at the applicable room rate per room cancelled. (iii) Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total value of the group booking.
