Submission of papers are invited in two rounds.

Authors seeking early acceptance for funding or other requirements are encouraged to submit in Round One.

The Scientific Committee are implementing a new rolling review process, commencing immediately on receipt of your submission and providing a response to you promptly on receipt of the review outcome.
