Payment: We do not take pre payment for your accommodation, instead your credit card details will be taken to secure your booking until arrival at the hotel.

30 days prior accommodation will be charged to individual credit card provided for the entire stay. Surcharge applies for all credit card payment made for both individual and group bookings. 1.2% for Visa, Master Cards, UnionPay and American Express and 2.5% for Diners and JCB Cards. 31 days prior to arrival or more-No penalty fee will apply, if entire or partial group cancels. 30 days or less prior to arrival-Partial or entire cancellations of individual bookings are subject to entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled. No Shows are subject to entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled.

30 days prior to arrival: One-night pre-payment from the individual credit card provided will be charged. A 2% to 3 % surcharge applies to all credit card payments. Cancellation policy: 30-15 days prior to arrival - guested will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay. 14-0 days prior to arrival and no shows - a cancellation fee equal to the entire length of stay will apply.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Within 30 days to the day of arrival, any canceled accommodation rooms (including no shows), will incur a full cancellations penalty at the room rate for all rooms nights book, chargeable to the individual guest.
