A former Head Brewer with a Graduate Diploma of Brewing, Michael brings extensive industry experience and a strong track record in brewing excellence and judging.
Stuart Whytcross (Voyager Craft Malt) will follow with a 2026 Barley & Malt update, sharing insights from the paddock through to malt production and market trends. As a grain grower and founder of Voyager Craft Malt, Stuart combines hands-on agricultural expertise with a passion for connecting farming and craft brewing.
