Speaker Highlight

 

Craig Westwood, Head Distiller and Owner of Cedar Fox Distilling Co., brings a wealth of experience from Australia’s independent art, music, brewing, and distilling scenes. With a career spanning White Rabbit Brewery, STARWARD Whisky, and Mountain Goat Beer, Craig has earned numerous national and international awards. Since co-founding Cedar Fox in 2017, his urban Melbourne–inspired gins have taken home gold at the Australian Distilled Spirit Awards.

Craig will lead a guided tour of the distillery and share insights into his journey and craft.
