CAMPUS SERVICES WORKSHOP

25 - 26 March 2019
Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast

On behalf of the TEFMA Workshop Organising Committee we are delighted to invite you to join with us for the TEFMA Campus Workshop which is being held at the Mantra Mooloolaba Beach.

The workshop will be structured around 4 key half day sessions that will look at provision of campus services through various delivery models, particularly outsourced and hybrid contracts.  Using case studies, the workshop will cover the life-cycle of service delivery, including initial decision-making and cost benefit analysis, contract development and management, transitioning into (and out of) contracts, and managing the workforce required to support service delivery.  As always, the workshop networking function will be held on the first night of the workshop and we encourage you all to come along and relax with fellow attendees, colleagues and acquaintances.

TEFMA hosts workshops for members and the greater FM community and aims to provide great value and affordable events.  Thank you to all members for the ongoing support of TEFMA's education program and our sponsors who enable these events to continue.   We hope to see your organisation represented on the Sunshine Coast for the first workshop of 2019.
