Thank you for your interest in the TEFMA Campus Services Workshop. The workshop will be held from 25 - 26 March 2019 at Mantra, Mooloolaba Beach on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. 

Before you complete the online form, we encourage you to take the time to get to know the workshop details.  Information on accommodation options and pricing, costs for additional tickets for social functions, the program and privacy information can be found on the website.  

Payment: You can pay online with MasterCard, VISA or AMEX.  Alternatively, you can request an invoice for payment via EFT.

Privacy: We recognise that your privacy is very important and we are committed to protecting the personal information we collect from you.  You can view the full privacy policy HERE>>.  Please note that photographs may be taken at the workshop and used to help promote future events.  Should you have any concerns about your image being used, please email us or speak to the Leishman staff on arrival at the workshop.

Terms and Conditions
You must tick that you agree to the booking terms before confirming your registration and bookings. Cancelling your Workshop Registration Cancellations received on or before 30 days from the Workshop will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations for the Workshop received within 30 days. Cancellations must be received in writing - mail or email - to Leishman Associates. Insurance Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. No responsibility is taken by the workshop managers for any person not holding insurance. Accommodation If you arrive 24 hours later than your indicated arrival day you may find that you have forfeited one night's accommodation as a cancellation fee. Please note that some hotel cancellation policies may require 100% of the total booking amount to be paid for any cancelled rooms. If you need to cancel your accommodation booking within 30 days of your arrival date, any refund whether cash or credit card, will be subject to the hotel cancellation policy. Please click the "Continue" button at the bottom of each page until you are re-directed to the conference website, failure to complete each page of this online form may result in your registration failing to send. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your registration within 48 hours please contact Leishman Associates.
Payment

Electronic Funds Transfer: All bank fees incurred with electronic funds transfer (bank transfers), whether international or national, are at the depositor's expense. Please use your name as a reference. To ensure prompt reconciliation please attach a copy of the transfer record/remittance advice to the completed registration form or email to Leishman Associates. 

If you are an international delegate please also include a $25 bank fee when making your registration payment by electronic funds transfer. Please also include your last name and reference number when making your deposit, this will assist in allocating your payment quicker by the organisers. All payments are to be made in Australian dollars.
