Thank you for your interest in attending the TEMC 2017 Conference. This Conference will be held from 17 - 20 September 2017 at the Crown Promenade, Melbourne.

Before you complete the online form, we encourage you to take the time to get to know the conference details. Information on accommodation options and pricing, costs for additional tickets for social functions, the program and privacy information can be found on the Conference Website.

Payment: You can pay online with MasterCard or VISA or alternatively you can request an invoice for payment via EFT or cheque.

TEMC 2017 is about creating eureka moments, revolutionary ideas and innovative systems where these ideas can become a reality.

Making Things Better(MTB) is one such system…..but with a twist. Rather than focusing on the big ideas it pursues revolution through the accumulation and implementation of many small ideas and incremental improvements.

During this high energy, hands-on workshop you’ll learn about the MTB mindset, principles and process. And you’ll use them to generate ideas and create solutions that are relevant to your own workplace.

Cancelling your Conference Registration Cancellations postmarked on or before 1 month prior to the conference will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations for the Conference postmarked after 1 month prior to the conference. Cancellations must be received in writing – mail, email or fax – to Leishman Associates. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from Leishman Associates. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact the Conference Managers – Leishman Associates on (03) 6234 7844. If you are cancelling any or all aspects of your booking: registration, accommodation and/or a tour, this can be done with one correspondence to Leishman Associates. Non payment of registration does not constitute cancellation of registration or additional activities.

Our payment service provider Centium Software, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means, your card holder data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks.
