Individual reservations will hold standard cancellation terms and conditions, where credit card will be required to guarantee reservation at time of booking. All reservations will hold a 7 day cancellation policy and individual reservations will be charged upon arrival. Should guests cancel within 7 days prior to arrival, reservation will be charged to credit card provided at time of confirming booking.

Extra persons staying over the twin or double arrangement incur a $40.00 per person per night charge. Children under 12 years of age, sharing with an adult and utilising existing bedding are free of charge. Should a twin room comprising two double beds be required, this is to be specified in the rooming list and is subject to availability.

Room reservations can only be confirmed with valid credit card provided by individual guests upon reservation. Each individual guest will be responsible for the charges listed : All room accommodation costs and associated incidental charges will be settled by individual guests by credit card or cash upon departure at the hotel. Individual bookings cancelled thirty (30) to one (1) day prior will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booked period. A no-show charge equal to the full stay duration room charges will be charged to guest’s credit card. An early departure fee equal to one (1) night room charge will be levied to individual guest should they shorten their stay period after check in to the hotel. Cancellations should be requested in writing to conference@laevents.com.au.

About AEVA
The Australian Electric Vehicle Association (AEVA) LTD is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the cause of switching Australia's transport networks to electric drive as quickly as possible. We all share a common interest in electromobility and climate-friendly transport. Formed after the oil price shocks of 1973, the AEVA is the longest continuously running EV society in the world. We represent all EV users and enthusiasts, current and prospective, and are more than happy to offer jargon-free advice on which EV is right for you. We also make regular submissions to government and industry about policies which will help transition to electric drive, and away from imported fossil fuels for transport.
