The CAUTHE 2026 Industry Day is a one-day registration option designed for tourism, hospitality, and events professionals, operators, government representatives, and industry partners who wish to connect with national and international academics and leaders shaping the future of the sector.

Held at the National Wine Centre of Australia, the day will focus on the conference theme, “Creating Cohesion and Connection through Tourism, Hospitality and Events”, aligning with South Australia’s Tourism for Good vision.

The program includes keynote presentations from stand-up comedian and disability advocate Oliver Hunter, an industry panel featuring leaders from SATC, Jurlique, Wadna, and renowned chef Mark Best, and concurrent sessions exploring topics such as regenerative tourism, workforce development, and accessible and inclusive tourism and more.

Registration includes attendance at all sessions on Thursday, access to the electronic handbook, a name badge, morning & afternoon refreshments and lunch on the day. A ticket to the Conference Dinner can be purchased at an additional cost.
