You are invited to submit abstracts for the Australasian Cytometry Society (ACS) 2024 conference, taking place in Hobart, Tasmania.
We are seeking exciting, innovative and creative presentations on all aspects of Cytometry from presenters from all cytometry professional streams and experience levels.

The ACS Conference is now accepting new poster abstracts until 22 August 2024.
Themes include, but not limited to:

• Measurable Residual Disease
• Immunology
• Stem cell enumeration
• Computer learning and artificial intelligence
3. Research Cytometry
• Immunology
• Innovation
• Cancer
• Shared Resource Laboratory
• Advanced cytometry technologies
All submissions must be prepared using the Abstract Submissions Template. Download the template, complete it and submit it via the Abstract portal.
The Committee recommends that abstracts follow the format outlined below.
Aim - State concisely why the work was conducted
Method - Indicate the locale, equipment or software used, sample number (if relevant), any principal test(s) performed and summarise any statistical analyses
Results - Summarise the findings. Confirm or refute any hypothesis, supported by statistics if appropriate
Conclusion - Discuss implication(s) of the findings
If the research described in the abstract was supported by a commercial company you must indicate the company’s role in analysing the data or preparing the abstract. You will be asked to supply a Conflict of Interest Statement during the submission process.
All submissions will go through a blind peer review process managed by the Committee.
All abstract submissions will be subject to review.
Authors should ensure that the following criteria are met in their abstract submission:
All authors who have their submission accepted for presentation must register and pay for their attendance, at a minimum, for the day of the Conference on which they are presenting. Accepted presenters will be given access to the Early Bird Registration rates.
Oral Presentations will be allocated either a 20-minute presentation slot, inclusive of question and discussion time). A chair will run each concurrent session of presentations.
Prepare your PowerPoint presentation in 16:9 aspect ratio and save your presentation file to a USB for uploading in the Speaker Preparation Room on site. It is NOT necessary to send the file to Leishman Associates prior to the Conference.
Poster Presentations will be displayed in the exhibition area for the duration of the conference and presenters are requested to stand with their poster during the scheduled Poster Session to discuss their work. The poster displayed at the conference is required to be in A0 size and in portrait orientation.
