Registration for the Australasian Cytometry Society Conference 2024 is open. Please find all registration information listed below.
All rates are in AUD and are inclusive of GST.

FULL REGISTRATION TYPES
Full Registration includes attendance to all sessions at the conference, access to the electronic handbook, a name badge, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch when programmed on days of the conference, 1 x ticket to the Conference Icebreaker, Poster Night and Conference Dinner, plus a one year membership with the Australasian Cytometry Society.
Tickets to the Pre-Conference Workshops may be purchased at an additional cost.
Additional tickets are available for guests who wish to attend the Conference Dinner.
DAY REGISTRATION TYPES
Day Registration includes attendance to all sessions on the selected day of the conference, access to the electronic handbook, a name badge, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch on the selected day of attendance, plus a one year membership with the Australasian Cytometry Society.
Tickets to the Pre-Conference Workshops and Conference Dinner may be purchased at an additional cost.
PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP ONLY
Pre-Conference Workshop ONLY Registration includes attendance at the pre-conference workshops held on Sunday 20 October 2024, access to the program for the day, a name badge, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch on the workshop day.
Tickets to the Conference Dinner, or attendance at to a specific day of the conference, may be purchased at an additional cost.
STUDENT ELIGIBILTY
Students must submit supporting documentation to prove eligibility. Supporting documentation includes a letter from your supervisor defining your student status, a letter from the University’s registrar office confirming your enrolment status or an official transcript of the classes you are taking.
Please submit your documentation during the registration process.
Delegates registering at the student rate must be classed as a full-time student and be enrolled at a tertiary institution.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Leishman Associates of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details. If you cancel your registration, please refer to the full terms and conditions here.
