CATERING

HAMLET

Catering for the conference will be provided by Hamlet, a social enterprise café and caterer.

Hamlet runs training programs designed to equip Tasmanians facing barriers to employment with the skills they need to become work ready – café skills, kitchen skills, barista basics course and work ready workshops.  They make much of their food on site using fresh, Tasmanian produce including their own bread, butter, cheese, preserves and charcuterie.

Hamlet’s mission: to empower Tasmanian people to live meaningful lives in their community through training programs that get them ready for work.

Hamlet’s vision: an inclusive Tasmania where everyone's contribution is valued.
