Our Welcome Reception will be held at the oldest continually operating theatre in Australia. Noël Coward once called it “a dream of a theatre” and Laurence Olivier launched a national appeal for its reconstruction in the 1940s.

Seated indoors for main course, chef’s focus firmly on showcasing quality local produce, and our venue’s impressive sustainability ethos on show.
